I've used adobe flash for webcam purposes for years without an issue but all of a sudden my outgoing video/audio doesn't work and incoming audio/video is very choppy. My webcam freeze frames on the first image it sees, and incoming audio/video just skips like a broken CD. I believe this problem occured directly after the latest flash update. In the "control panel", I cannot click on Share my Webcam, and there is the tooltip that a Webcam isn't available (screenshot 2).However in the options part, the webcam works normally (screenshot 3).I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling flash, uninstalling reinstall chrome, different browers..the problem only exists in adobe flash. This is the most common error when activating Many Cam; it happens because Many Cam is most likely being blocked by a Firewall of some sort that is limiting its access to the internet. To see a live display of the image being detected by the camera you selected, click the Video Preview area.
You are about to view a page that may contain sexual content and/or photographs.
Click on the middle tab (third from left) which depicts a folder and a green arrow.
Now, click on the 'Allow' option, with the green check icon. This won't work, if, after selecting 'Settings' from the drop-down menu Flash refuses to accept mouse clicks.
To see a live display of the image being detected by the default camera, click the Video Preview area.
Note that the Flash Player asks your permission before allowing an application to access your camera or microphone. If you select another video camera from the pop-up menu, Flash Player uses the camera you selected.
